All items can be reserved for maximum 7 days’s time for free. The company holds the right to discharge the item from reserved and release the reservation right to other customers.

The company provides an 1-hour consultation period per meeting for all appointments. Please be punctual to our appointments.
All customers purchasing for customization service will have 1.5 hour consultation period per appointment. Please state clearly when making the appointment if you require such service.
If you want more consultation time, please clearly state it in the appointment request. We will try our best to schedule you with more time; however, the company cannot guarantee the availability. Please kindly understand we are trying to provide quality service equally to every customer, therefore we adhere strictly to a preset schedule.
Once you place order for product and/or service, a deposit is required.
An order form will be given to you by the company clearly stating:
The invoice number
The selling price of product /and or service fee / and or package price
The fineness of the precious metal used
The trade name of gemstone(s)
The total weight of gemstone(s)
The other information (eg. Certificate number if applicable)
The purchase date
The expected collect date (Changes might be made)
The amount of deposit in Hong Kong dollars ($)
On the expected collect day, please bring along the original copy of the order form. Photocopy will not be accepted. Without the original order form we will not be able to process your order.
*If the order is ready for collection before the expected collect date, we will contact you via email, phone call or text message confirming your order is ready for collection. Please contact us to schedule an appointment for your collection.
*Please supply us with the order number for any enquiry during the order processing period.
Deposit of 50% of the order value is required for custom-made jewellery. Deposit is refundable only if the order cannot be processed.
Deposit of 50% of the loose diamond value is required for setting service with existing mountings. Deposit is refundable only if the order cannot be processed.
Deposit of 30% of the ready-made jewellery value is required for 20 days maximum reservation period. The deposit is non-refundable. Within this period, this deposit is transferable for the purchase of other jewellery of the same or higher value.
*** If any ordered jewellery is not collected 1 month after the collection date, the customer will have forfeited the deposit, and the Company has the right to re-possess the said jewelry as WH Jewellery Limited product.
We only accept payment in Hong Kong dollars ($).
Payment must be made by Cash / EPS / Credit Card.
*Collection of jewellery is allowed only when full payment is made.
The invoice for WH Jewellery Limited product sold clearly states:

All products are non-exchangeable outside the shopping protection scheme.
